Self Assessment
Contact us and we will send you an appropriate checklist you can use to self assess your pool or spa area. This checklist, created by the Victorian Building Authority, includes guidance to determine if your pool or spa barriers are in good working condition and adequately restrict access by young children to your pool or spa area.
Inspection
If your pool or spa barrier is compliant, or can be adjusted to meet the requirements on the day, we will issue the Certificate of Compliance (Form 23) and a comprehensive report.
If there are issues, we will review these with you and more importantly, discuss actions needed to rectify them.
Follow-up
If a re-inspection is required, we will contact you within 60 days from the first inspection to arrange a time.
